Under controlled conditions, an experiment using 48 plants representing two different strains of cannabis were grown under two different lighting conditions. The Nate L2 fixture produced 8.7% and 6.1%
higher yields of both strains respectively as compared to the 630W light emitting ceramic fixture (LEC) during the bloom period. All plants maintained the same feeding and watering schedule. Accounting for the cost of electricity and current wholesale prices for flower in Colorado, the plants under the Nate L2 fixtures will generate an additional $1,072profit per year per fixture.

Under controlled conditions, 18 cannabis plants of the Mango cultivar were grown under Nate L2 LED grow lights. The spectrum and light intensity was adjusted to achieve an electrical load of approximately 600W which is 50% of the total fixture output power. When compared to other LED fixtures being tested, the plants under the L2 fixtures produced greater THC concentrations across the entire cannabinoid profile as well as more robust terpene signatures.

Under controlled conditions, an experiment done using 12 plants in total of Bruce Banner strain that were grown under different lighting conditions. The three tested samples grown under the 1,000W Nate L2 LED fixture that had an 8.8% higher cannabinoid concentration as compared to the three tested samples grown under the 1000W HPS fixtures.
