DATA COLLECTION AND VISUALIZATION

Information about the cultivation environment and the associated equipment is collected from a variety of sensors and stored in the cloud continuously and automatically. Current environmental conditions and equipment status is viewed on a live dashboard. A variety of reports and charts enable the cultivator to make intelligent decisions and react based on historical trends and insight into the current status of the grow.

MONITORING AND NOTIFICATION

The sensor data and equipment status is monitored 24/7/365. Anytime something goes out of the specified range, an alert can be automatically sent out to a list of personnel via text, email, or voice message. Recipes are created to specify the desired growing conditions based on time of day and day of growth. All parameters affecting plant growth can be defined in a single recipe. Accurate control of greenhouse equipment is essential for creating and maintaining a healthy growing environment. Our controllers provide precise and repeatable automated control reducing labor, reducing chance of human error, and increasing efficient use of water, nutrient, and energy resources.

MODULES

The Nate Automation Master is the process computer that executes recipes and manages communication with sensors, grow lights, the cloud, and one or more Nate Controller Modules. The Controller Modules provide the hardware interface to control greenhouse equipment.

QUICK START

Both modules are easy to install and maintain and are optimized for horticulture applications. The system architecture is modular allowing hundreds of Relay Output Modules to be connected to one Automation Master. Equipment can be wired to any available physical channel on any Relay Output Module and virtually assigned to the appropriate process output, providing maximum flexibility and customization.

AUTOMATION MASTER

The Automation Master is a powerful and intelligent process computer that faithfully executes user-defined recipes based on time of day and day of grow cycle. It monitors sensors and controller status and manages data flow to and from the cloud. It follows the recipe parameters to perform closed-loop control of the greenhouse equipment by sending commands to one or more Relay Output Modules to regulate things such as air temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, irrigation times, and nutrients.
